    k – fibercement are suitable for outdoor facades and indoor walls, as well as ceiling. K – fiber cement boards belong to the new generation of flat silica-calcareous boards, that are highly compressed and autoclaved, and are reinforced by means of mineralized cellulose fibre. They are non-flammable and rot-proof. They resist the attack of rodents, insects and fungi.

    What is k- fibercement?

    K-fibercement. sheets belong to the newest generation of flat and highly compressed, autoclaved silico-calcareous slabs, reinforced with mineralized cellulose fibers and treated with Hydrophobic additives. K-fibercement ensures several benefits since it will not burn, is rotproof and totally resistant to each kind of rodents, insects and fungi.
    These peculiarities make K-fibercement the ideal choice both for façade cladding, internal wall lining and ceiling finishes.

    Why use k- fibercement?

    Using K-fibercement. can deliver significant benefits.     Maintenance and Cleaning

    We suggest that you undertake an annual inspection to ensure slabs order and securing. The most important issue is to draw a distinction among natural, hydrophobic and with acrylic treatment slabs. This differentiation allows to pinpoint type of soiling it would like remove. ​

    • mud: wipe with water without rubbing the area.

    other types of soiling : hardly to remove

    • graffiti : clean with solvent

    Not carrying out the cleaning of slabs during sunlight exposure or in case of hot surface.

    Our commitment to sustainability results from the attentive selection of raw materials: At least the 85% of raw materials used come from nearby sites of neighbouring production plants. The organic cellulose fibers used in the production process come from sustainable forests where environmental, social and economic standards are respected.

    The whole production process takes place in the most environmentally favorable way that prevent vapors from being released into air. These vapors are indeed used for work space heating during cold winters. Moreover, dust emissions are below the permissible level being retained by HEPA filters and a highly reduced access to potable water to the minimum amount necessary is ensured. Waters used in the production process are totally recycled within a closed circuit.

    Parts or wet production waste and dusts are then successfully reused in further production processes, while dry waste is recycled by specialized recycling companies, mixed with cement and made ideally suited for road sub-base.

    Last but not least, once the finished product is installed, no special maintenance is required and thanks to the thermal insulation ensured, it is serving to significantly reduce air pollution caused by winter heating and summer cooling processes. It is a long lasting product and it can be easily disassembled for recycling as inert.
